GRES CHAMPENOIS (BRIE)

Produced by a small dairy in the region of Champagne, its milk is enriched with creme fraîche & each cheese is individually handmade in specially developed oval forms. Gres Champenois develops a thin, white, molded rind during its brief 14 day maturation. The texture is smooth, the color yellow & has a super creamy taste with just a hint of sour.
